How do I add a center?

To add a center you must be registered.

  • Log in to your Coworking Spain account
  • Click "Add a space"
  • Enter your space's details
  • Save the entered information
  • Once saved, you'll be able to enter the rates you want

How do I become Premium?

  • Log in to your Coworking Spain account
  • Click "View Plans and Pricing"
  • Choose the plan that interests you most
  • Pay for the subscription with a credit card

How do I add a rate?

  • Log in to your Coworking Spain account
  • Click "Edit" on your coworking space
  • Click "Add rate"
  • Enter the rate details
  • Save the entered information
  • Remember that to add rates you must sign our collaboration agreement. Please check whether it's pending in your dashboard.

How do I sign the collaboration agreement?

You can download the collaboration agreement from your dashboard, in the documents section of the menu

What types of rates can I set up in my space?

  • Fixed Desk
  • Flexible Desk

Which rates allow online sales?

On CoworkingSpain, the rates that allow direct online sales are:

  • Passes and Vouchers
  • Meeting Rooms

How do I change the order in which rates appear?

  • The main rate is the first one you added to the rate list
  • The first rate in the list is the one that appears in search engines
  • You can move any rate to the first position. To do this, go to the rate list: click "SORT RATES," hover over the arrows next to the desired rate, and arrange the rates in the order you want

How do I edit the information I entered for my space?

  • Log in to your Coworking Spain profile
  • Click edit, and change any details you want
  • Don't forget to save the changes

How do I become a Coworking Visa?

  • Log in to your Coworking Spain profile
  • Click edit, and check the option to enable Coworking Visa in the services section
  • Don't forget to save the changes

How do I edit the information I entered in my personal profile?

  • Log in to your Coworking Spain profile
  • Click "EDIT MY ACCOUNT," and change any details you want
  • Don't forget to save the changes

What are the ideal image sizes?

  • Files must be smaller than 2 MB.
  • Allowed file types: png gif jpg jpeg.
  • Images must be at least 1920x1080 pixels

I forgot my password

  • Log in to your Coworking Spain profile
  • Click "I forgot my password"
  • Enter your email
  • We'll send you a new one by email
  • In the email, click the login link
  • Edit profile, click edit
  • Enter a new password
  • Save changes

How do I delete my data and my account?

  • Log in to your Coworking Spain profile
  • Click "PROFILE"
  • Click "EDIT"
  • At the very bottom you'll see the "DELETE" button

How do I manage opportunities from interested clients?

When a user is interested in your space, the process is as follows:

1. Receiving the opportunity:

  • The user fills out a contact form
  • You'll receive an email notification

2. Managing it from the Dashboard:

  • Log in to your Dashboard
  • Go to the "Opportunities" section
  • You have two options:
  • Accept: You'll see the client's full details to start the contact process
  • Reject: We'll automatically notify the user

3. Follow-up:

Once you accept the opportunity, you must contact the client to promote your space.
Within one week, we'll follow up to find out whether the opportunity was:

  • Won (client converted)
  • Lost (client not interested)

Important: It's essential to handle opportunities promptly to maintain a good user experience.

How do I see the messages sent to me?

  • Log in to your Coworking Spain profile
  • In your account you can see "OPPORTUNITIES"
  • You can view each message received

How can I view and download my invoices?

  • Log in to your Coworking Spain profile
  • In your account you can see "INVOICES"
  • You can view each invoice issued, and clicking on it lets you download your invoice

How do I cancel premium or paid services?

  • Go to your profile, to "SUBSCRIPTIONS," and click "CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION."

How can I view my sales?

  • Log in to your Coworking Spain account
  • In the menu, go to the "SALES" section
  • Here you'll be able to see all sales made
  • You'll be able to see the client's details

How can I view the sales report?

  • Log in to your Coworking Spain account
  • In the menu, go to the "SALES" section
  • Click "SALES REPORT"
  • You'll be able to see:
    • Sales summary by period
    • Sales statistics
    • Breakdown by type of service
    • Export reports in different formats

How does the sales payment process work?

1. Invoicing the client

  • Your space will issue the invoice to the client for the total amount
  • The client is yours, so it's the space that issues invoices to the client using it

2. Commission invoicing

  • CoworkingSpain.es issues an invoice to the space for the % service commission (per the signed agreement)
  • We do this during the first few days of each month
  • You'll receive the invoice by email, but it's already been paid
  • In other words, we deduct it from the amount pending payment to you

3. Payment to the space

  • CoworkingSpain.es will make a bank transfer for the total amount minus the service commission
  • We do this on the 15th of the following month

4. Important

  • CoworkingSpain.es has already charged the client the amount
  • You should not charge the client an additional amount
  • Log in to your Coworking Spain account
  • In the menu, go to the "SALES" section
  • Click "SALES REPORT"
  • You'll be able to see:
    • Monthly sales summary
    • Commissions payable 
    • Amount of payments to receive
    • Export reports in different formats

How do I accept bookings for my rooms?

To accept booking requests awaiting confirmation, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your dashboard on the portal.
  • In the menu, select Bookings.
  • Find the pending request and click Confirm.

Important note: Before accepting the booking, make sure to check the availability of the room requested by the client to avoid scheduling conflicts.
