Valencia hosts, for the second consecutive year, the XII Coworking SpainConference (CWSC) to be held from 8 to 10 May at Complejo La Petxina . A meeting that will welcome more than 200 professionals and will feature a line-up of more than 30 national and international experts, who will give different conferences on the latest trends, the evolution of the industry, strategic keys and opportunities that revolve around coworking, coliving and flex office.
The CWSC will begin with a day focused exclusively on Flex Work, which will offer keys, experiences and improvements for the operation of the space. It will not be until 9 May that the conferences and work sessions will begin, which will be presented by Manuel Zea, organiser of the CWSC and promoter of the coworking industry in Spain. "The CWSC is designed for coworking providers, large and small. A forum where, as always, real estate companies of all sizes fit in, as well as all providers of flex space services, as well as those interested in coworking and Human Resources managers who want to implement hybrid work in their organisations. And of course, it is designed for any coworking employee," says Zea.
As in previous editions, the Conference is the setting for the presentation of the conclusions of the report State of Coworking in Spain 2022-23, an X-ray of the sector that last year revealed a 39% growth over 2021.
