Utopicus Torre Marenostrum

Utopicus Torre Marenostrum is the integration between the city and the sea With a clear will to live, not only with its immediate surroundings, but with the new buildings of the city skyline, the building generates a volume of vertical growth that is divided into different bodies at different scales, opening as a door to the Barceloneta neighborhood. A balcony that overlooks a singular neighborhood, which lives facing the sea and where its essence of fishermen's neighborhood survives, now nurtured by the presence of tourists and beach bars.
