A former industrial kitchen has been reborn as a unique workspace for professionals in creative disciplines such as architecture, photography, design, and art, in the heart of Guindalera, Madrid. Spanning over 150 m², we offer a one-of-a-kind workspace with two meeting rooms and a private office. Each space features dynamic, designer furniture. The meeting rooms can accommodate up to eight fixed workstations, and the office can host up to two people. The space also boasts a large multipurpose area perfect for presentations and events. Coworkers also have access to a welcoming lounge-style meeting room with a flat-screen TV and sofa, a private call booth, an office area with a kitchenette for socializing, a printing and reprographics area, two bathrooms, and an interior terrace with plants that floods the entire space with natural light.
