Utopicus José Abascal

A flexible work space of 2,350m2 inspired by the Topkapi Palace (Istanbul), located in the equator of the Chamberí district of Madrid. The concept of our new Utopicus José Abascal coworking space is inspired by Topkapi as a starting point to base to the project. It is based on this palace located in Istanbul for its distribution in plan and the sensations that it transmits when traveling it. This feeling is what has been wanted to move to the new Utopicus space, projecting large meeting rooms with different themes, surrounded in this case by private offices and accessed by wide corridors with a lot of rhythm and color that move you to Different environments The goal is to achieve `` The pleasure of traveling and discovering ''. Designed by the studio TURULL SORENSEN and our Architecture team, it is located in an office building of 12,388m2. The reform of the facade, common areas and parking were carried out in 2014 by the Ortiz and León architecture studio.
