Utopicus Madnum

A 3,053 m² space, integrated into the first complex that brings together flexible workspaces, corporate offices, and services, covering 100% of the needs of companies and employees. Utopicus Madnum is located in Colonial's new hub, a 90,000 m² complex with a comprehensive range of services that promote a work-life balance. Restaurants, a gym, physiotherapy, event spaces, and a 230-seat auditorium are part of a project designed to achieve maximum energy efficiency. The design of the space, by Proyecto Singular, takes its cue from the old social clubs of London and New York to create an accessible and inclusive environment in which to inspire, connect, and transform. A welcoming visual proposal uses natural and sustainable materials in neutral tones. It also features a large garden terrace with views of the Madrid skyline and a multipurpose room for events and training, complementing the wide range of services offered by the complex.
