It is located in the heart of Seville inside an old Hat Factory. - It is designed for graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, jewelry-textile design, or other types of desk work. - A creative atmosphere, with rest areas where you can cook and rest. - Within the enclosure there are activities such as yoga, swing, flamenco, tango etc... that will make you disconnect from a long day of work. - Preferably long-term applicants (at least one year) - Electricity / water bills included.
