Por Estos Lares

We're sharing our studio, located in the heart of Seville, with someone looking for a pleasant and peaceful workspace. It's a space with character, combining wood, natural materials, and unique architecture. It features a large work table, comfortable chairs, shelving, and natural light, all within a simple yet inviting atmosphere. We'd love to share it with a freelancer who values having a dedicated workspace, whether in design, communications, programming, or other fields, and who enjoys working in a creative and professional environment. Given the nature of the studio, we're ideally looking for someone from a discipline other than architecture to avoid potential overlaps or conflicts of interest. The idea is to share the space in a friendly and natural way, respecting each other's work and creating a pleasant office environment for everyday life.
