We have several private offices available in a shared office. Common spaces are shared: hall, kitchen equipped with microwave, capsule coffee maker and fridge, two toilets and a meeting room for 6 people with television for presentations. All offices have air conditioning that works in cold or heat mode. An office is available for €300 plus expenses to share between the 4 spaces that we will share the space (electricity, water, internet and cleaning) and a slightly smaller office for €275 plus expenses to share between the 4 spaces that we will share the space (electricity, water, internet and cleaning). All spaces are exterior. The members will be able to use the space 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, without time limitations. Our intention is to create a good work and personal environment, to enjoy a pleasant work environment. We are an architecture studio, so complementary professions (designers, engineers, quantity surveyors, etc.) would be very interesting, but we are open to anyone who wants to share with us. It can be offered furnished as they appear in the photos (two tables, two chairs and two reading lamps) for a monthly payment or unfurnished. The property is very well located, very close to Calle la Paz, on the corner between Calle Gobernador Viejo and Calle de Mar, which allows all rooms to be exterior. The toilets and kitchen overlook the interior patio.
