Barcelona, April 27, 2026 - Lexington , the pioneering flexible workspace company in Spain, reinforces its commitment to Barcelona with an investment of 1.7 million euros in its new space located at Paseo de Gracia 56, opposite Casa Batlló, one of the city's most iconic addresses.
With this operation, the company raises its total investment in Barcelona to 3 million euros, adding this project to its coworking space at Diagonal 545, opened in 2023. In this way, Lexington consolidates its presence in the Catalan capital with workspaces that meet the most demanding standards of the corporate client.
This new coworking space in Barcelona occupies more than 2,200 square meters spread over two floors, designed to offer companies a flexible, sophisticated and highly representative environment, where every element has been created to enhance and enrich the work experience.
The building, owned by Pontegadea, features an architectural and interior design project by Ivory, which has given the space a style in line with Lexington's values of innovation and sustainability. The new headquarters also stands out for its LEED Platinum environmental certification, which recognizes its commitment to energy efficiency.
The complex houses 32 offices, with all the possibilities of customization and direct views of Casa Batlló, in addition to six meeting rooms equipped with designer furniture acquired in Italy after a direct visit in which each piece was selected with the utmost attention to detail, as well as call booths and large common areas.
It also includes shared outdoor areas designed for networking and relaxation, along with services such as 24/7 access, reception, and on-site concierge. The offering is rounded out with two community hubs and a training room for corporate events and team-building activities.
According to David Vega, CEO of Lexington, “the investment made in Paseo de Gracia 56 reflects our strong commitment to Barcelona as one of the leading markets for flexible office space in Spain.
