Málaga, December 17, 2025 – The Ágora building, owned by Grupo Insur and the first new-generation office project developed in the city in over 15 years, will be home to OneCoWork 's first opening in southern Spain. OneCoWork , one of the country's fastest-growing premium flexible workspace operators, will occupy 2,200 m² spread across two floors, including the sixth floor—the building's top floor—and part of the second, in a transaction advised by Savills. The space is scheduled to open in June 2026.
This announcement consolidates a particularly strong period for OneCoWork. Following the successful launch of its first building in Madrid in May 2025 — which is currently operating at almost 100% occupancy — the company is now reinforcing its presence in southern Spain with a strategic investment in one of the country's most dynamic business hubs.
Although this will be OneCoWork's first building in Malaga, the company is entering the market with solid local knowledge. OneCoWork is part of the Agartha Group , which already has a well-established presence in the city through OneNext – managed office solutions. This local experience and operational track record provide a solid foundation for OneCoWork's expansion in Malaga.
“Málaga has been on our radar for a long time,” says Ben Nachoom, Founder and CEO of OneCoWork. “It’s a city with enormous momentum—economic, cultural, and demographic. Companies are demanding high-quality workspaces, but the supply hasn’t kept pace. This new location allows us to consolidate our presence in southern Spain and support the city’s next phase of growth with a truly distinctive workspace offering.”
Located in the new prime area of the west coast, facing the sea, the Ágora building positions itself as a benchmark for quality, sustainability, and design within a market that has an availability rate of less than 3% in the Prime-CBD district. The building, scheduled for completion in January 2026, will have more than 9,000 m² of leasable space distributed across six floors of offices, a retail space intended for a restaurant, and a rooftop terrace with sea views, designed for hosting events.
In addition, the building has BREEAM, WELL and WiredScore certifications, which guarantee the highest standards in sustainability, well-being and connectivity for companies and employees.
The addition of OneCoWork brings a high degree of flexibility to Málaga's business ecosystem, both for companies seeking office solutions in the city and for the existing tenants of the Ágora building. This transaction reinforces the excellent market reception of the Ágora project, with most of the space already pre-leased, and highlights the dynamic demand for office space in Málaga, as well as the sustained growth of flexible workspaces in Spain and their consolidation as a key alternative in the most innovative office buildings.
