The new Wayco Pizarro will occupy a six-story building, 2,000 m² and 209 jobs
Wayco, the leading coworking operator in Valencia, will open its fourth space in the first quarter of 2026, this time in the heart of the business center of the city of Turia, on the renowned Pizarro street number 13.
Wayco Pizarro will occupy a completely renovated, sophisticated, and sustainable six-story building equipped with the latest home automation technology. It will offer everything from premium private offices with terraces to flexible and dedicated workstations in an elegant, warm, and functional atmosphere. The new coworking space will be carefully designed for professionals and companies that value comfort, privacy, attention to detail, and personalized service in a strategic location with excellent connections to anywhere in the city.
This project aims to address the high demand for office space in the center of Valencia. According to the latest 'Vision Valencia 2025' report, prepared by the international consultancy firm Savills, the average availability rate in the Valencia office market is below 4%. Meanwhile, high-performance buildings are approaching occupancy levels of nearly 95%, with prospects of reaching 100% in the final months of the year.
“With this new space, we're taking another step forward. Wayco Pizarro is located on one of Valencia's most important business streets, and we've designed a premium space, paying attention to every detail. We know that many companies value the environment in which their team works and the image they project to their clients and employees. That's why we've created this new space that combines the best of an office with the energy of a coworking space, with a vibrant and diverse community of professionals who share ideas, projects, and good times. At Wayco, every person is important, which is why we create environments where coworkers feel part of something bigger and where work is experienced with well-being, creativity, and connection,” says Víctor Cambralla, CEO of Wayco.
The new building will have over 2,000 m² of total surface area and up to 209 workstations. But what truly sets Wayco Pizarro apart are its premium private offices for teams of 8 to 40 people.
The offices feature 24/7 independent access, customization options, private terraces, meeting rooms, a cafeteria, and relaxation areas designed to foster creativity. Furthermore, a dedicated client support team will ensure the well-being of the companies and their teams, allowing them to focus on what truly matters: thriving.
True to its vision of Valencia, Wayco wanted this new space to exude local identity. The building's history is woven with references to emblematic figures and places in the city: Concha Piquer, Casa Calabuig, and El Micalet inspire the names of the rooms, the visual touches, and the design details.
Thus, Wayco Pizarro becomes a contemporary tribute to Valencian culture and its entrepreneurial spirit, uniting the past and the present in the same building.
“For more than a decade, Wayco has been fostering talent and collaboration in Valencia’s most vibrant neighborhoods. With Pizarro, we want to continue building that network of creativity, innovation, and positive energy that defines our city,” Cambralla adds.
Wayco's values are at the heart of this new project: community, a neighborhood feel, national and international companies, proximity, sustainability, and innovation. The building and its services have been designed according to criteria of energy efficiency and workplace well-being, using sustainable materials and ergonomic furniture, natural light, and spaces that foster creativity, concentration, and collaboration, and a culture that promotes the growth of individuals and teams.
