Workspace in Plaza de Cristo Rey, in a building intended for offices. Very well connected, Chamberí/Moncloa neighborhood. The monthly price is €220+VAT per person and fixed position, with heating and air conditioning costs included, as well as 5G WIFI. It is an open space divided into three main work areas, separated by large wooden planters that add a fresh touch to the space. We also have a meeting room and an office area separated by screens from the work area. The use of the meeting room does not entail any additional cost for up to 2 hours per week, but if it is free it can be used for more. The hours are from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. The minimum stay is one month since we prefer people to come for a long stay rather than occasional hours for security reasons. They are all fixed positions and you can leave your things there. The assigned table has dimensions of 126x77cm, and each position has a drawer/small storage area to leave some books or documents. Given the open nature of the space, we try to keep the conversation/noise level low, to facilitate the concentration of all users. The meeting room can be used to have a video call or a call that requires more privacy, but video conferences can always be held from the fixed position, maintaining an appropriate volume that does not disturb the colleague.
