We have 4 spaces available with a personal desk, chair, external monitor and lamp. The space is shared with a young architecture studio located in front of the Royal Palace of Madrid, it is a quiet and warm space so it seeks to integrate people with the same purpose, preferably creative and design-oriented. The space includes: high security lock, security camera, printer, heating, high speed Wi-Fi, coffee maker, bathroom, weekly cleaning and very good views of the Royal Palace. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We offer a flexible contract, so we are open to getting to know you and looking for the best option for you and your business.
